At Tasty Dayz Hostel, I found the perfect blend of relaxation and community during my recent city break. Nestled just a stone's throw from Cocles Beach and with the Caribbean Sea as my stunning backdrop, I was captivated by the tranquil atmosphere this hostel offered. The private cabin I stayed in was an inspiring haven, with a comfortable en suite and the kind of serene decor that allowed my yoga enthusiast spirit to thrive. The on-site family restaurant, Tasty Waves Cantina, became our go-to for delicious meals, particularly during happy hour when we indulged in refreshing craft beers and mouth-watering tacos. It was easy to meet fellow travelers and share stories, especially after winning a quiz night-an experience that brought us all together in laughter and camaraderie. The staff were incredibly friendly, eager to share their local knowledge about nearby treasures like Cahuita National Park, where we encountered playful spider monkeys. Our stay was enriched by the hostel's communal spaces, offering opportunities to connect with other guests while surrounded by the serene beauty of the region. Tasty Dayz Hostel is definitely a hidden gem for anyone seeking both adventure and relaxation in Costa Rica!
